TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms:
- A 20% handling fee will be charged on all goods returned or exchanged after 7 working days.
- Original tax invoice needs to be present when exchanging or returning and goods need to be the original packaging and unused.
- Orders will only be released once proof of payment has been received and payment has reflected in Nation Overalls & Printers’s accounts. Please email proof of payments to shop@nationoveralls.co.za.
- Any orders not paid for within 7 working days will be deemed to have been cancelled and products will be put back to stock.
- Quotation excludes delivery unless specified.
- Some items include “Rise Per Size” – XL/XXL/46/48 + 10% etc.
- Quotation valid for 14 days only. E & OE
- The price quoted is for the quantity quoted. If quantity is less than the quoted amount then the normal retail price will apply.
- Samples – All samples needed will have to be purchased from Nation Overalls & Printers and be returned within 7 working days to qualify for a full refund on condition that they are in the original packaging, unused and in an acceptable condition.
- Layby – Laybys are available with a minimum 25% deposit to reserve stock. Laybys may be kept for a maximum of 1 year. Payments welcome at any interval and at any amount thereafter.
Branding:
- BRANDING PRODUCTION LEAD TIME IS MINIMUM 14 WORKING DAYS unless otherwise specified.
- Branding will not commence until full payment has been received.
- Whilst every effort is made to fulfil all orders correctly, should you take our goods to an external branding company, we ask that you check all items received BEFORE they get branded.
- Nation Overalls & Printers cannot accept exchanges or returns on incorrect items which have already been branded.
- Minimum embroidery charge R220.00 ex VAT or Minimum 10 x Units for embroidery.
- Branding lead time is usually between 14-21 working days but may come sooner.
Artwork:
- Artworks for approval will be started after payment has been received.
- Please supply your artwork in Hi-Res (Vector) format.
- An artwork redraw fee of R500.00 ex VAT may apply if your artwork is not supplied in the correct format. This will cause delays in your branded order.
- Nation Overalls & Printers cannot accept exchanges or returns on incorrect items which have already been branded.
Customising:
- Nation Overalls & Printers do not customise garments.
- No returns or exchanges on customised items.
Non-Stock Items:
- Not all items quoted on are stock items. If suppliers do have stock – lead time is usually 3-5 days from confirmed order for unbranded items.
- A 20% handling fee will be charged on all returns on “Special Orders”.
